“We were first introduced to Zane and his Ze Build team over 18 months ago. Ze Build had built our daughter and son-in-law's beautiful country home in Wainui. From the first meeting we were super impressed by Zane and his team. Extremely accommodating and many brilliant ideas. The Ze Build team have attended all of our concept and design meetings and given great input right through. We are 2/3 through our build now and they are producing something so unique. Ze Builders have so much attention to detail and so clever. They take great pride in their work. We are building in the gated community of Weiti Bay, every week the properties get inspected by the body corp. This is the only property to have been awarded the "best contractor award", this is awarded for cleanliness, politeness and complying with the Weiti Bay building regulations. In our opinion, very well deserved. Zane and his team make this building journey easy and enjoyable.”

"Last year I engaged the services of Ze Build to renovate my home in Manly. After many meetings with Dylan to discuss costings, work and timeframe, they started right on time and launched into what would become a 6 month job. Throughout this period I was kept up to date with progress, answered any queries I had in a way I could understand and solved all problems promptly, all done I would come to realise, with their characteristic ease, calm and consummate professionalism. Nothing was hard and anything was possible. I had the pleasure of interacting with Ze Build builders Logan, Ryan and team, project manager Jarrod at the start and the exemplary project manager Leesin for the last part of the renovation. Ze Plumb and Gas Anthony and his team. Ze Spark Seth and his team. Along the way as would be expected issues arose, but they were all dealt with well, especially as I was out of the country and essentially AWOL for quite some time. I did not worry while gone. I came to rely on their expertise and service, nothing was a problem. Now that the renovation is complete, I am thrilled with the work done. It pleases me greatly to live in my home renovation that Ze built. I have called on them since to hang art for a fussy home owner and lift and plant a big nikau palm, so I still have work to do ….. It is never finished and Ze Build of course are up for it. I can’t applaud them loudly enough and should I ever do another renovation or build, they will be the first people I call, without hesitation. I have loved working with the entire team."

“We take pleasure in providing a reference for Ze Build Ltd. We came to know the company in early 2022 when they were awarded the contract to construct our new home at Moreton Drive, Manly. At today's date they are a little over halfway through the build programme and we have been highly impressed with the quality to this point. In Mark Elliott they have an excellent Project Manager, the Site Foreman Dave Hay is a top man, plus the team of 8 to 10 builders who work well together and always greet us enthusiastically when we visit the site. The principal of the company Zane Dykman is a man of integrity with whom we enjoy working. We anticipate the project being completed late this year or early next year. For our Lawrence Street property, Ze Build added an extension to our existing house. The house was prepared and then moved the house to Taupo Bay where they renovated the existing dwelling and added a new addition to the property. Throughout the entire process, Ze Build demonstrated a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the final result. They also completely landscaped the property, which has significantly enhanced its visual appeal, and added a driveway turntable which has made access to the property much more convenient.”
